Workshop Terms and Conditions for Beaker Button and Jen Best Textile Art
Prices of each workshop will be found in the description of the workshop or be communicated to you in person upon enquiry. A non-refundable deposit will be required to book a place on a workshop, the cost of this deposit will also be found in the description of the workshop or be communicated to you in person upon enquiry. The remaining balance for the workshop will be payable on the day of the workshop.
A waiting list will be create if a workshop is oversubscribed. If you need to cancel your place on a workshop we will do our best to sell your place, and you will get a refund if this happens. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and will receive a refund of your deposit.
We will do our best to provide a safe environment for your workshop. We will make sure that social distancing rules are adhered to, sanitiser and/or hand washing facilities will be readily available, and where possible fresh air will be allowed to circulate. It will be your responsibility to make sure you have no COVID symptoms when attending the course and that you comply with our safety precautions. Mask's will be required in accordance with UK law unless you are exempt.
We may wish to share student work from our workshops on our social media, and our website. We will ask your permission first.
We will store personal information i.e. name address email address and telephone number to ensure we can contact you quickly if for any reason a workshop has to be cancelled. Once the workshop has happened we will remove your contact details within a 3 month period. We would like to send you relevant workshop information and details of future workshops, we would ask you to sign up to our newsletter in order for this to happen (sign up on the home page of www.beakerbutton.co.uk). Your email address will be saved on mail chimp and covered by their privacy rules. You have the option to unsubscribe from newsletters at any point.
Intellectual Property Rights
We have ownership of the original materials and images within our workshops and on our websites. Please do not duplicate them.
From time to time we may need to change our workshop terms and conditions. We will notify you of any changes on this website page.
This contract shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with the Laws of England.
